How to Request an RMA for Return:

AI Return Policy:
American Innovative is happy to accept your product return within 30 days of purchase subject to the following:

• Your return must be accompanied by an RMA number noted in the address field. Request an RMA number by filling out the form below.
• Your return must be postmarked within 30 days of your order date.
• Your return must be in new, unopened condition.
• Your return must be properly packed in a corrugated shipping carton (preferably the same one that it came to you in) with adequate padding to prevent damage or denting to the product packaging during shipment.

If all of the above conditions are met, AI will be happy to refund your credit card on file for the amount of the original product purchase upon receipt of your return. Please note the following regarding refunds:

• Only the credit card used for the original purchase can be credited.
• Refunds will be made for original product cost only. Outbound freight charges are not eligible for refund.
• If you utilized the SHIPFREE coupon code to receive free ground shipping and your order no longer qualifies for this promotion subsequent to your return, the amount of your refund will be reduced by the original shipping cost to your location.
• Returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above will be subject to a restocking fee.

Please use the form below to generate an RMA number for return. Upon submission you will receive an automated reply containing a ticket number of the form #RE12345678 used to track correspondence surrounding your return. Your RMA number IS THIS NUMBER and this number must appear on the outside of the box, in the address field as shown below. Mail your return to:

Once your return has been received and processed we will send you an email confirming receipt of your package in good condition and the total amount of the refund applied to your credit card.
