Product Return (via AI 30-day Return Policy):
Any product purchased directly from AmericanInnovative.com may be returned within 30 days of purchase if it is in new, unopened condition. If you have already purchased an AI product and would like to return it, you must first request an RMA number for return.
Warranty Service (for Defective Product):
If you having a problem with your AI product that is still under warranty, we want to help. To request replacement of a defective product, you must first request an RMA number for warranty service.
