Making a Warranty Claim
For fastest service, please contact the American Innovative service department by filling out the short form located on the Contact Information page. Please provide a description of the problem as well as your purchase date, purchase location and product serial number. We will be happy to assist you and/or to repair or replace your unit.

Returns, Repairs and Replacements (United States)
If you purchased your product directly from American Innovative, you may return it (in original condition) within 30 days of purchase. All returns, repairs and replacements require prior authorization from American Innovative. Please use our contact form to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Do not ship product back to AI without notifying us first - we will be happy to assist you.

All items returned to AI must be carefully packed in a cardboard box suitable for shipping via UPS (preferred), FedEx or USPS. Returns for product purchased directly from AI do not require a sales receipt (please include your orignal order number). Return of all other units must be accompanied by proof of purchase in the form of a dated bill of sale or receipted invoice. Please ship to:

Important: Do not ship returns to any other address under any circumstances unlessed previously instructed. American Innovative ships some products from other locations throughout the United States. Product returned to these facilities will be refused.
